Boost conversions and increase brand awareness through gift with purchase (GWP).
As a longtime partner of Swarovski, we curated, designed and developed GWPs. Aligned with their brand values and customer needs.
Combined GWP and social media strategies further increased marketing effectiveness. Gifts were sent out with follow-up social media calls-to-action. The resulting UGC allowed the brand and products to be perceived as trustworthy and desirable by an even wider target group.
The POS turned into a dynamic environment which creates inspiration and desirability. A touch point of interaction between brand, product and customer, leading into a winning sales funnel.
The digital touchpoint concept also included an interactive screen, the Wall of Desire, generating additional interactions with consumers via polls, campaign teaser, consumer relationship activations and globally user-generated content.
Through these activations Swarovski won a younger target audience, improved consumer experience and conversation.
